At Maison Happy Store, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping options and timelines:
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Maison Happy Store. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policies and procedures.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Live Plants: Including fruit trees, houseplants, junipers & conifers, roses, succulents & cactus, and topiary plants.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. You can use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us if the exchange is due to an error on our part.
