At Maison Happy Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policies and procedures.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Live Plants: Including fruit trees, houseplants, junipers & conifers, roses, succulents & cactus, and topiary plants. These items are perishable and cannot be resold once shipped.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. You can use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us if the exchange is due to an error on our part.
